MASKING SETTINGS (PRIVACY MASK)
1 Press the MENU button.
The main menu screen will be displayed.

Tilt the joystick lever to j or l to select

"PRIVACY MASK", and then tilt it to c.
The mask setting screen will be displayed.
3 Select "MASK No.", and then tilt the
joystick lever to c.
Mask preset number "001" will flash.
Tilt the joystick lever to j or l to select

mask preset number "001", and then tilt it
to d.
Four mask preset numbers can be selected.
Available settings: 001–004
5 Select "SET", and then tilt the joystick
lever to c.
The masking screen will be displayed.
CALL PRESET 1 TO
CONFIRM......
Move the joystick lever to move the mask

to the position to be masked, press the "1"
numeric button, and then press the ENTER
button.
"POSITION" and the mask (gray pattern) will be
displayed on the screen.

7 Use the joystick lever to adjust the size of
the mask, press the "1" numeric button,
and then press the ENTER button.
"SIZE" will be displayed on the screen.
• j/l: Adjusts the mask position.
• d/c: Adjusts the mask size.

8 Press the "1" numeric button, and then
press the ENTER button.
The mask setting screen will be displayed.

Select "ACTIVATE", and then tilt the

"OFF" will flash.
Tilt the joystick lever to j or l to select

the mask setting, and then tilt it to d.
Available settings:
• ON: The set mask will be displayed.
• OFF: The mask will not be displayed.
Follow the same procedure to select other mask preset
numbers and make mask settings.
In addition, if you need to make fine adjustments to the
mask settings, select a mask preset number and then
follow the same procedure to adjust the mask position
and size settings.
11 Select "BACK", and then tilt the joystick
lever to c to complete the setting.
