Chicken Tenders

serves 2
3 tablespoons whole milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1. Cut chicken breast into 2-inch strips.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together and lightly season with salt to make
a simple egg wash.
3. In a seperate bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
4. Fill a third bowl with lightly salted panko bread crumbs.
5. Make a breading station, dipping the chicken strips in flour, egg wash and
then panko—in that order.
6. Place finished product in the Air Fryer and cook at 400° F for 20 minutes.
After the timer is done, let the chicken strips rest in Air Fryer for another 5
minutes before taking them out. Depending on thickness of chicken strips, they
should be completely cooked. If slightly undercooked, place back in the Air
Fryer for another 5 minutes at 400° F.

Barbeque Chicken

serves 1–2
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon molasses
2–3 chicken thighs

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 Large eggs
