 Width: The ticket width. Select 2" when used with PRT100 and select 3" when used with PRT200.
 Font Size: Large fonts may be selected when ticket width is set to 3".

Languages: The HSG supports multi-language ticket templates, including French, German, Japanese,
Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Length of Password: Administrators have the option of a 4-character password or an 8-character
password.

Type: There are 4 ticket types for different billing plans.
