Removal procedures

CAUTION—SHOCK HAZARD: Before disassembling the scanner, turn the power switch to the OFF position and
remove the power cord from the wall outlet. Disconnect all other cords and cables from the scanner before
proceeding.
Note: Some removal procedures require removing cable ties. You must replace cable ties during reassembly to avoid
pinching wires, obstructing the paper path, or restricting mechanical movement.
