Lift, and remove the front and rear entry guides.

Flatbed cover removal

Note: To prevent damage, lock the flatbed scanner module while performing this repair.

Remove the complete flatbed document cover. See

Remove the front control panel cover. See

Remove the left side control panel cover. See

Remove the right side control panel cover. See

Remove the control panel assembly. See

Remove the ADF front and rear entry guides. See
7
Lock the flatbed scanner in the home position, and then place the scanner on its rear.
