TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Step 2
Measure the voltage at the following terminal wires of
the condenser fan connector.
Voltage
Wire

(B/Y)
Condenser fan does not operate (magnetic clutch
operates normally) (FS engine)
A/C RELAY

Remedy
1. Start the engine.
2. Turn the fan switch and A/C switch on.
3. Measure the voltage at the following terminal wires of
the condenser fan connector.

B+ Measure voltage at (B/Y) wire
Other Repair wiring harness
(Condenser fan low relay— Condenser fan)
B+ Repair wiring harness
(Condenser fan— GND)
Other Replace condenser fan
B+: Battery positive voltage
B+ Measure voltage at (B/Y) wire
Other Repair wiring harness
(A/C relay— Condenser fan)
OV Replace condenser fan
B+ Repair wiring harness
(Condenser fan— GND)
B+: Battery positive voltage
