3.7. Pole Mount

3.7.1. Mounting and Use Guidelines

• The pole must be rated to support the weight of the pole mount pieces and the camera assembly.
• Be sure the pole mount is affixed properly to avoid slipping or sliding of the camera assembly.

3.7.2. Assembly Instructions

1. Assemble the wall mount ("3.3. Wall Mount Assembly" on page 9).
2. Assemble the junction box accessory if it is being used.
3. Attach the mounting accessories together using the included hardware.

3.7.3. Mounting Instructions

1. Attach the mount to the pole using the two included or similar straps rated for the weight of the camera assembly.
2. Attach conduit for wiring to the mount if needed.
3. Connect the wiring harness to the wiring. Use the wiring chart in section "3.2. Wiring Requirements" on page 8 for
reference.
4. See section "3.10. Final Installation Instructions" on page 16 to complete installation.
