In the low-pass filter,
each integral time is converted into level
output Vc potential so that it becomes higher against UP(H) and lower
against DWN(L) ,
and thereby the oscillation frequency of
the next
stage VCO is controlled.
The reference
timing differs betwen the write operation and
read
operation.
