Value out of range
If the syntax of the command is legal, but the value specified is too large or too
small for this command, the value out of range message is returned. A $ is used
to point to the bad value.

Whenever one of the parameters is changed, the previous value is usually
displayed.
Example:
cmd:AX25 OFF
AX25L2V2 was ON
YOU HAVE MAIL
A new message for you has just been put in the PBBS.
