3.5 Extended Installation
Beyond basic installation, the GV-Mini DVR V2 package provides the following accessories to
make your unit even more powerful and convenient:
GV-Keyboard
IR-Remote Control
GV-Keyboard
The GV-Keyboard is designed to operate the GV-Mini DVR V2. Using the USB cable supplied
with the GV-Keyboard, plug one end into the GV-Keyboard and the other end into the
assigned USB port (COM9) on the rear panel of the GV-Mini DVR V2.
For details on the GV-Keyboard, find the Installation Manual included in its own package.
It is also possible to plug the Keyboard into other USB ports of the GV-Mini DVR V2. For this,
you must modify the default COM port on the Mulitcam Controller pop-up once the Keyboard
is connected. See Figure 31-1.
