5.6 USB ID Copy/Backup
Each printer has a unique USB ID which is stored in the NVRAM (EEPROM) on
the C299MAIN board. The USB ID is unique for each printer in the same way a
serial number is unique.
Example USB-ID: NE001XXXXXXXXXXXX0 (X =0~9 or A~Z)
If you need to replace the C299MAIN board during service, then you first need
to copy and back up the USB ID. This operation requires the exclusive SP7000
USB-ID Copy Program as well as:
