Transport
• Please only transport the UPS system in the original pack-
aging (to protect against shock and impact).
Set-up
Due to its weight, the UPS needs to be installed by two peo-
ple.
This device is intended to be installed in a temperature-
controlled room free of conductive substances. For information
on the necessary ambient conditions, please refer to
tion 11.3.
• Condensation may occur if the UPS system is moved from
a cold environment to the working area. The UPS system
must be absolutely dry before starting up for the first time.
For this reason allow an acclimatisation period of at least
two hours.
• Do not install the UPS system near water or in damp envi-
ronments.
• Do not install the UPS system in direct sunlight or near
sources of heat.
• Do not block ventilation openings in the UPS system's
housing.
