Check free play of hand levers
Check air filter
Clean cooling grille
Clean exhaust
Check engine oil level,
refill, if necessary
Cutter bar: Lubricate all gliding parts,
also, each time you change knives
First engine oil change
subsequent oil changes
Cutter bar: Check play of knife guides,
also, each time you change knives
Clean engine,
check bolts and nuts
Grease driver pin,
also, each time you fit the cutter bar
Check o-ring on rocker arm
Clean air filter insert
Regrind knives, earlier if required
Replace air filter insert,
earlier, if required
Clean spark plug, adjust gap
Replace spark plug
Clean guide plates, cooling fins,
earlier, if required
Lubricate all gliding parts
Grease wheel-shaft
Grease steering handle bearing
Replace fuel hoses
A = Each time before you take up operation
B = After each cleaning
K = Checks and maintenance to be executed by operator
W = Maintenance to be executed by professional workshop
