LOADING THE FILM HOLDER

Multi-format attachment (sold separately, HS-P1)

Purchasing the Multi-format attachment,
sold separately, will enable you to deal with
a wider range of films such as a 16mm film.
Multi-format attachment (HS-P1)-confirming
the contents of this package.
The following contents should be included in
this package. If there is an article of inferior quality or parts
missing, please contact the sales agent.

1. Place the attachment at the position
on the holder that is suited for the
attachment you selected and fix it
while aligning with the two grooves
on the left side until it clicks.
If the 120/220 film attachment with glass
(HA-P1) or glassless (HA-P2) is installed,
remove it beforehand.
2. Fit the two pins on the upper side
of the film cover into the holes on
the upper side of the holder until
they click.
3. Make the appropriate mask that is suited for the
size of the film.
When making a mask, cut out the sheet with a cutter, etc.
using the scales drawn on the mask as a guide to a size
not larger or wider than the actual film. If you use a larger
or wider mask when scanning, the auto exposure function
may not be performed.
4. Place the mask you cut out.
Fix the mask with the scale side facing
up on a groove on the lower side of the
holder and then fit the holes on the two
pins on the upper side of the holder.
Before placing a film, remove the dust,
etc. on the film, holder, attachment or
mask using a blower brush, etc.
