4.8.2 Removal of the speaker (bizhub 500/420/360 only)
• Replace the speaker in the following order.
NOTE
• Be sure to check to see if the main power switch is turned off.
• The board may be damaged due to static electricity. Be sure to take an appropriate
measure against static electricity before conducting the operations.

4. REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Turn off the main power switch and
the power switch of the main body
and then unplug the power cord from
the power outlet.
2. Remove the upper cover/Rt. (2
screws)
3. Remove the glass attaching plate/
Up. (2 screw)
4. Loosen the 1 screw, and then
remove the 2 screws to remove the
upper cover/Fr.
NOTE
• When removing the upper cover/Fr,
be sure to remove it while pushing
the catch with a minus(-) driver
from the underside.
