Install J 9395 over the end of the compressor
shaft (39) (figure 7).
Im portant
• U se J 9 3 9 5 puller pilot to prevent internal
d a m a g e to t h e
rem oving th e pulley. Do not use the
pulley directly ag ain st the end of the
shaft.

Retainer Ring
• Place J 2 4 0 9 2 over J 9 3 9 5 for the m ulti-groove
pulley.
• Turn the screw on J 8 4 3 3 to rem ove th e pulley

• W h en using J 2 4 0 9 2 , th e puller arm s
must extend around to th e rear side of
the pulley. Do not attem pt to pull the
pulley off by en g ag in g the puller arm s in
a m ulti-groove pulley.
4. Bearing (5) from the pulley (6) (figure 8).
• Remove the retaining ring
• Pulley (6) to J 21352 (figure 9).
• Drive the bearing (5) from the pulley (6) with
J 9398 and J 8092.
Install or C onnect (Figures 1 and 10)
