VLAN MAC Addresses

If you add VLANs to the Switch 2000, each VLAN is automatically assigned a
different MAC address. All ports in a particular VLAN will have the same MAC
address. To determine the MAC address assigned to a particular VLAN, display
the port data for any port assigned to that VLAN.
To display the MAC address and other data for a selected port:
1. From the Main Menu, select Status and Counters.
2. Display the Port Counters screen.
3. Select a port that is assigned to the VLAN for which you want to determine
the corresponding MAC address.
4. Select the Show details option to display the port counter details for
the selected port. Included will be the MAC address assigned to that port
(and the corresponding VLAN).
