State Meaning of LED
rapid flash A module hot-swap condition is occurring.
slow Either the indicated slot has failed self-test or an incorrect
flashing transceiver (for a J3191A 100Base-T Module or a J3103A 100VG
Module) has been installed. For this condition, flashes
simultaneously with the switch's Fault and Self-test LEDs. Refer
to chapter 9, "Troubleshooting".
on The indicated port on the indicated module is enabled and the
link is operational.
on or The indicated port is transmitting packets.
flashing
on or The indicated port is receiving packets.
(green) flashing
on The indicated port is enabled and configured for full-duplex
operation.
