Solutions
• Firmly connect the mouse cable to the PS/2 port
on the side of the system
• Turn the system OFF (press Power button on the
front panel). Firmly connect a PS/2 mouse to the
PS/2 port on the side of the system. Press the
Power button again to turn the system ON
• Connect a PS/2 mouse to the PS/2 port on the
side of the system. DO NOT use a USB mouse with
the system
• Check the camera video cable and connections
• Disconnect and reconnect the cable at the DVR
and at the Camera
• Try moving the camera to another channel or use
another cable
• Check the AUDIO connections to the DVR
• Check the Configurations in the RECORDING
MENU
• Increase volume on external speakers (not
included)
