determine the cause of the problem and the solution.

Appendix D: Troubleshooting
Problem
The destination number has already been added to
your Camp On list.
The number you dialed is not recognized by the Coral
Sea Softswitch system.
The destination number is set to Do Not Disturb.
The keyset initialized but cannot connect to the
network.
There is a system problem with this conference, which
prevents you from joining the conference call.
You dialed an incomplete number.
The DNS Server IP Address was not provided by the
DHCP Server. There is no DNS Server defined in the
phone.
The destination number does not exist in the Coral
Sea Softswitch system.
Solution / Action
No action required.
Hang up and try another number.
Try calling the number later or activate
the Camp On feature. See
(Call Back) on page 50
Check the connection to the LAN/PC
and then reboot.
Notify your system administrator.
