2D Symbology Qualification
Dimension Mode
Definition: Enables searches for symbol Dimension 1 and Dimension 2.

Options:
0 = Disabled
1 = Bad/No Symbol Output
2 = Object Qualification
3 = Enable Both
Disabled
Decoded messages are output, but no attempt to qualify symbols or output Bad Symbol
or No Symbol messages is undertaken.
Bad/No Symbol Output
Checks first for decodes. If no symbol is decoded, checks for symbol dimension. If both
Dimension 1 and Dimension 2 requirements are met, a Bad Symbol message is output.
If neither are met, a No Symbol message is output.
Object Qualification
Checks first for matches to symbol dimension. If qualified, attempts to decode. If no
decodes are found within the specified read cycle parameters, outputs a No Read message.
Enable Both
Same as Object Qualification, except that if neither Dimension 1 nor Dimension 2
qualifies, then a No Symbol message is output; if either Dimension 1 or Dimension 2
qualifies, then a Bad Symbol message is output.
