There are 2 modes to meter mails:
- LB: Letter Box mode;
- BMAU: Presorted/Batch Mail Acceptance unit mode.
This function is designed to allow the user to print in Letter Box
mode for non-presorted mail.
This mode adds the FIM MARK near the indicium as requested
by the USPS.
This function is used with presorted mail. No FIM D mark is
required for automated presort mail.
