Follow this procedure to print a Document Memory List for all documents currently stored in the
memory.

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels

Press [ ] or [ ] until <4.DOC. MEMORY LIST> appears
[OK].

Memory Clear Report

If a power failure occurs, the documents currently stored in memory can be saved for
approximately 12 hours. If power is not restored to the machine within 12 hours, the documents
in memory are lost. If this time limit has elapsed by the time power is restored to the machine, a
list of documents deleted from memory is printed automatically.
