ISCONNECT
Sets a delay during which the modem will process data in its transmit and receive buffers before
disconnecting. When a condition exists which will cause a disconnect, the modem will attempt for n
seconds to empty its buffers. When the buffers are empty or if n=0, the modem disconnects immediately.
