To terminate a call, enter the command ATH. This tells the modem to disconnect and go on hook. The
modem must be in command mode to use this command.

This disconnect option allows a training sequence before the actual hang up.

6.11.5 EPROM C
HECK
PC software packages may issue the ATI command to verify the modem will support all commands
needed by the software package. The modem returns ASCII characters representing the model and
revision level. To request the CRC to be calculated on the EPROM, enter ATI1. The modem returns
four ASCII characters representing the CRC in hexadecimal form. Enter ATI3 to request the product
version.
