Modular L3 Ethernet Switch User's Guide
The Main tab displays the following fields:
MAC Address – The interface Media Access Control (MAC) address.
Note: Each router is assigned a unique MAC address by the system
Max Capacity – The maximum capacity of the current port connection.
Connector Type – The type of interface.
Port Descriptor – Brief interface description, for example Ethernet.
Speed Admin Mode – The possible LAN rate for the selected interface. The rate
is selected from the field-configured options. For LAN interfaces only. (Auto-
negotiation mode should be disabled).
