Modular L3 Ethernet Switch User's Guide
DHCP Relays Table
The DHCP Relays Table provides information for establishing a DHCP Configuration with
multiple DHCP servers to ensure redundancy. IP Address are controlled and distributed one by
one to avoid storming the device.
To display the DHCP Relays Table:
Select Router > IP > DHCP > DHCP Relays Table. The DHCP Relays Table window opens:
The DCHP Relay Table contains the following fields:
Next Server Address—Indicates that DHCP requests are relayed only if their
SEC field is greater or equal to the threshold value. This allows local DHCP
Servers to answer first. The default value is 0.
Threshold—Specifies the IP address of a configuration server. DHCP servers act
as a DHCP relay if this parameter is not equal to 0.0.0.0.
To add a DHCP Relay Table entry:
1.
Display the DCHP Relay Table.

Click
. The DCHP Relay Table Insert window is displayed.
