REAR WHEEL AND REAR BRAKE

REAR WHEEL INSTALLATION

Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedure
1. Install :
NOTE :
Make sure that the slots in the Rear Wheel Hub
Damper fits over the tabs on the Clutch Hub as-
sembly
2. Adjust :
3. Tighten :
NOTE :
Do not loosen the Axle Nut after torque tighten-
ing. If Axle Nut Groove is not aligned with the
Wheel Axle Cotter Pin Hole, align Groove to hole
by tightening up on the Axle Nut.
4. Install :
NOTE :
Bend the ends of the Cottor Pin
Always use a new Cottor Pin
5. Check :

• Rear Wheel Assembly
• Brake Shoe Plate Assembly
• Spacer with Chain Adjuster
• Axle Rear Wheel
• Drive Chain Slack
Refer to "DRIVE CHAIN ADJUSTMENT"
section in Chapter 3, Page no 3-20
• Nut Rear Wheel Axle
Nut (Rear Wheel Axle) :
91 Nm (9.1 m.kg., 66 ft.lb)
• Cotter Pin ¿ New
WARNING
• Rear Brake Pedal free play
