ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
KICK STARTER INSTALLATION
1. Install :
• Kick Axle Assembly ¿
• Kick Gear Clip À
• Torsion Spring Á
NOTE :
Turn the Torsion Spring clockwise and hook into
the proper hole ç in the Crankcase.
2. Install :
Following parts on the Axle Drive Ä
• Circlip ¿
• Washer À
• Kick Idle gear Á
• Washer Â
• Circlip Ã
NOTE :
Install Circlips radius side towards the compo-
nent refer Chapter 1, Page no 1-3
