In Administrator mode of PageScope Web Connection, select the Security tab - "Authentication" -
"External Server Registration" - [Edit].

Specify the following settings.

Displays the registration number.
Enter the name of the external authentication server (up
to 32 characters).
Select "LDAP".
Specify the LDAP server address. (Format: "***.***.***.***",
Range for ***: 0 to 255)
If the DNS server is specified, the address can be speci-
fied using the host name.
This item can also be specified with IPv6.
Specify the port number.
Specify the search starting point in a hierarchical struc-
ture placed on the LDAP server. Searches are performed
by also including the subdirectories lower than the start-
ing point that was specified.
Specify the maximum wait time for a search operation.
Select the authentication method used for logging in to
the LDAP server.
If "Digest-MD5" is selected as the authentication meth-
od, specify the search attribute.
