setting.
If the above countermeasures do not solve the problem, contact the service center as described in your warranty.
When calling for service, please note the MODEL and SERIES that are inscribed on the back of your sewing
machine.

Connect the foot controller.
Press the OEKAKI button so that it
lights up.
Select stitch number A1 or A2.
(A3 is the tacking stitch.)
Increase the stitch width setting, or
select an appropriate setting.
