nAdjusting Torque Compensation Gain
Normally, there is no need to make this adjustment. Do not adjust the torque compensation gain when using
open loop vector control.
For V/f control, adjust the torque compensation gain in the following circumstances.
If the cable is very long, increase the set value.
If the (maximum applicable) motor capacity is smaller than the Inverter capacity, increase the set value.
If the motor is vibrating, reduce the set value.
Adjust this parameter so that the output current during low-speed rotation does not exceed the Inverter rated
output current range.
Description
Set the torque compensation gain using the multi-
plication factor. Normally, there is no need to
change this parameter. Adjust the torque compen-
sation gain in the following circumstances.
• If the cable is very long, increase the set value.
• If the motor is smaller than the maximum
applicable motor of the Inverter, increase the
set value.
• If the motor is vibrating, reduce the set value.
Adjust this parameter so that the output current
during low-speed rotation does not exceed the
Inverter rated output current range.
Set the primary delay for the torque compensation
function in ms.
Normally, there is no need to make this setting.
Adjust this parameter in the following circum-
stances.
• If the motor is vibrating, increase the set value.
• If the motor response is low, decrease the set
value.
Sets the value based on 100% motor's rated
torque.
Sets the value based on 100% motor's rated
torque.
Sets the rise time constant (ms) for the starting
torque value.
The filter is disabled if set between 0 and 4 ms.
