NOTICE
T h e t y r e p r e s s u r e s h o u l d b e
checked and adjusted, as well as
inspected for signs of tyre wear or
visible damag e. Do no t make a
visual judgement when determining
proper inflation. Radial tyres may
look properly inflated even when
they are under inflated. At the same
time, each tyre should be inspected
for signs of tyre wear or visible
damage.

Tyre Inspection

Inspect your vehicle's tyres periodically by
performing the following checks:
1. Measure the air pressure only when
t h e t y r e s a r e c o l d . A d j u s t t h e
pressure if necessary.
2. Check for abnormal wear, cracks
and damage. If any tyre shows
abnormal wear, have it inspected by
an Authorised Mahindra Dealer and
replace it if necessary.
3. Check for loose wheel nuts
4. Check for stones, nails and other
objects that may be stuck in the
tread
CAUTION
• Air pressures should be checked
when the tyres are cold. Otherwise,
you may get inaccurate results.
Never under-inflate or over-inflate
tyres. Under-inflation may cause the
r i m t o s l i p o n t h e t y r e b e a d ,
resulting in an accident or damage
to the tyre / rim. Over-inflation may
cause the tyre to burst.
• Do n ot mix d ifferent p ly-type
ratings and/or different brands,
construction or tread patterns of
tyres on your Mahindra vehicle and
do not use tyres other than the
manufacture recommended size.
Do not use alloy wheels / rims
other than recommended. Doing so
may cause dangerous handling
characteristics resulting in loss of
control.
