Check Engine Indicator
This warning light comes ON when the
ignition switch is turned to the ON position
a n d g o e s O F F a f t e r f e w s e c o n d s .
Illumination at any other time indicates an
engine fault. If the indicator illuminates
continuously or blinks while driving, the
performance of the engine management
system is impaired. Contact the Mahindra
Authorised Dealer for further assistance.

Charging System Warning
This warning light comes ON when the
ignition switch is turned to the ON position
and goes OFF when the engine is started.
If the warning light comes ON while
driving, the battery is not being charged
when the engine is running.
Try not to use other electrically operated
controls such as the power windows,
audio system and AC. Keep the engine
running. Stopping and starting of the
engine will discharge the battery rapidly.
Immediately take the vehicle to the
nearest Authorised Mahindra Dealer.
CAUTION
Don't continue driving when the
charging system warning light is
illuminated because the engine can
stop unexpectedly.
Low Engine Oil Pressure Warning
This warning light comes ON when the
ignition switch is turned to the ON position
and goes OFF when the engine is started.
If it continues to illuminate with a buzzer
sound twice, it means the oil pressure has
dropped very low.
1. Drive safely to the side of the road
and stop
2. Turn OFF the engine and wait for 5
minutes for the oil to drain back into
the engine oil sump
3. Check the engine oil level. If the
level is low, add oil as required.

4. Start the engine and check the
warning light. If the warning light is
still ON, turn OFF the engine and
contact the nearest Authorised
