Possible Cause
IP address for the machine is
not properly set.
Linked Printer may not be
turned ON; cable may not be
properly connected; connection
may be interrupted.
No tape in the Job Separator
(option).
No toner in the Linked Printer.
Paper jammed in indicated
area.
Tape jam occurred in the Job
Separator (option).
A system error has occured.
Possible Cause
No printing paper in the Paper
Feed Tray.
The Master Disposal Box is full. Empty the Master Disposal Box.
The ink is depleted.
The Master Roll is depleted.
Action
Contact your system administrator and set
the machine IP address correctly.

Check that the Linked Printer has been
switched on.
Check to make sure all cables are
properly connected. If properly connected,
check the server and network
communication status and consult with the
server and network communication
administrator.
Load new tape into the Job Separator.
Replace toner in the Linked Printer.

Remove the jammed paper.

Press the
key or touch [OK].
Check the Job Separator and remove
jammed tape.
Shut off power, then restart.
If recovery has failed, contact your dealer
(or authorized service representative).
Action
Load paper into the Paper Feed Tray.
