19. Working at the rear of the intake manifold. label and
then remove the fuel supply and the fuel return lines.
See Fig. 18. Disconnect the lines from the support
bracket on the manifold.
20. Remove the intake manifold from the engine by rernov-
ing the seven mounting nuts from above and the two
mounting bracket bolts from below. See Fig. 19.

WARNING -
Fuel may be expelled under pressure. Do not
smoke or work near nes ters or other lire hazards.
Keep
a
fire extinguisher handy Before disconnect-
ing fuel hoses. wrap a cloth around fuel hoses to ab-
sorb any leaking fuel. Plug all open tuet tines.
