Removing The Cassette Pickup Roller - Canon iR1600 Service Manual

When mounting, make sure that
the grounding plate [15] is on
the outside as shown.

5.1.2 Removing the Cassette Pickup Roller

1) Slide out the cassette.
2) Open the left lower cover.
3) Holding the pickup roller assembly [1]
so that it faces downward, insert a
screwdriver [2] or the like from the left
side of the machine.
4) Grab the pickup roller [3], and detach it.
