COMPONENTS THAT CAN BE REMOVED
WITHOUT REMOVING THE ENGINE
The following parts can be removed and refitted with-
out removing the engine from the frame.
UPPER SIDE
- Throttle body (1) see (THROTTLE BODY)
- Intake manifold sleeve (2)
- Starter motor (3)
- Coolant temperature thermistor (4) (on cylinder head)
- Injector (5)
FRONT SIDE
- Tappet cover (6)
- Head (7)
- Cylinder (8)
RIGHT SIDE
- Oil pressure sensor (9)
- Engine oil filter (10)
- Exhaust silencer (11) see (REMOVING THE EX-
HAUST SILENCER)
- Water pump (12)
- Ignition casing (13)
- Flywheel
- Stator coil
- Pulse generator (pick-up)
LEFT SIDE
- Driving belt box air filter
- Transmission crankcase cover (14)
- Speed variator assembly
- Clutch assembly
