Installing options

This section contains instructions for installing options in the IntelliStation E Pro
computer. There is one section for Type 6216 (see "Installing options in the
IntelliStation E Pro Type 6216" on page 42) and a separate section for Type 6226
(see "Installing options in the IntelliStation E Pro Type 6226" on page 57).

Before you begin

Before you begin to install options in the computer, read the following information:
v Read the handling guidelines in "Handling electrostatic discharge-sensitive

System reliability considerations

To help ensure proper system cooling and system reliability, make sure that:
