ASSEMBLING THE STARTER MOTOR

1. Install:
• brush holder set 1
TIP:
_
Align the projection a on the brush holder set
with the slot b in the starter motor yoke.
2. Install:
b
• starter motor yoke 1
• starter motor front cover 2
• starter motor rear cover 3
TIP:
_
Align the match marks a on the starter motor
yoke with the match marks b on the starter
3
motor front and rear covers.
