5. Fuel Filter

5.1 Disassembling,
reassembling the fuel filter (with a
selector cock)

Normally, only remove the filter element. Do not
disassemble the cock lever unless so required.
(2)
If the cock lever is disassembled, clean it and
apply silicon oil to the O-ring before reassembly.

5.2 Inspecting the fuel filter (cartridge type)

If water or sediment is accumulated on the
bottom of the case or in the filter element, replace
the entire assembly.
