Lock down the two screws and the hose clamp to secure the outdoor unit.
At this point, the canister bolts on the pole should be completely tightened.

After the Cross Polarization Test
1.
Wait for the Satellite Provider to verify that the cross polarization is still good
after everything is tightened.
2.
Confirm that the Network Operator at the help desk has recorded the cross
polarization results
3.
Proceed to the 1 dB Compression Point test.
