Printing with WebDownloader

Downloading files with WebDownloader is generally faster than printing from an
application. You can use WebDownloader to print PostScript, PCL, EPS, or PDF files.
WebDownloader is available from the Options menu in TopAccess. For more
information see "TopAccess" on page 4-1.
You must have the hard disk drive installed to use WebDownloader.

O PRINT USING EB OWNLOADER
1. Create a PostScript, EPS, or PDF file. Specify the appropriate print options and include
(embed) any necessary fonts that are not resident on the GA-1040.
For a list of fonts resident on the GA-1040, see Appendix B.
2. Launch Fiery WebTools and click on WebDownloader.
See "TopAccess" on page 4-1 for information on how to access WebDownloader.
3. Select the queue and click Browse to select the file you want to download.
4. Click Download.
