8. Touch Set after specifying each setting.
Touch Cancel to cancel a setting.
9. Select Proof if you want to proof your job. If you do not want to proof your job,
proceed to the following step.
The job remains in the GA-1040 after a proof is printed.
10. Select Print when you are finished modifying your print job.
The job is cleared from the GA-1040 after you select Print.
The job is printed.

O DELETE A RIVATE OB
1. Click the Printer/Network key on the copier.
2. In the Touch Panel, select Private.
All users appear in the User Name list.
3. Select your User Name.
4. Enter your Password for the private print job and touch Set.
5. Select the job you would like to delete, from the Document Name list.
Touch CL if you want to cancel the selected job.
6. Touch Delete.
A window appears in the Touch Panel display asking for confirmation.
7. Touch Delete to remove the job from the Document Name list.
8. Touch Cancel if you would like to cancel the job deletion.
