Special Features

This chapter describes some of the special features supported by the GA-1040

including:

• Creating and printing a Private Job

• Creating and printing a Stored Job

• Printing variable data documents using FreeForm

• Printing duplex pages

You cannot create Private Jobs and Stored Jobs with the Windows 2000

Printing with the Touch Panel display

The Private Job and Stored Job features enables you to save jobs in the copier's memory

and edit and print them from the Touch Panel display at any time.

Once Private Jobs and Stored Jobs are speciﬁed in the printer driver and sent to the

GA-1040, you can view them with TopAccess.

TopAccess allows you to print and delete Stored Jobs. Additionally, you can also delete

Private Jobs from TopAccess. For more information, see "Printing and Deleting jobs

with TopAccess" on page 4-2.
