Sending Priority and Confidential Messages
A Priority Message is a message that can be sent to a recipient and will be placed first
in the recipient's message list.
A Confidential Message is a message that can be sent to recipient and can be
identified as a message that cannot be forwarded or copied to anyone but the
message recipient.

To Send a Message Marked "Priority"

1. Follow the instructions for
2. Press 4 at the prompt tag the message as a "Priority" message. You will be
prompted to enter a destination mailbox.
3. Follow the prompts for further options or press # to send the message.
The message will be placed first in the recipient's mailbox. If there is a previous
"Priority" message in the recipeient's mailbox, the "Priority" messages will be
placed in the order in which they were received.
