The Density menu allows you to select density

settings to control the amount (density) of

toner laid down by the printer. The toner

density (darkness of the image) increases as
the number increases —1 is the lightest and 7
is the darkest. The factory default is 5. See
"Adjusting Toner Output" in chapter 7 for
details.
