Aspect Ratio Setup

The monitor HCM 1xx GOLDEN EAGLE series is capable for standard computer graphic and TV wide
screen 16:9 and normal screen 4:3 aspect ratio images. Therefore the selection is easily done by the
switch FORMAT.
Other wide screen aspect ratios are adjustable to display a full or approximately full screen image.

To adjust an individual aspect ratio, open the menu GEOMETRY - SETTINGS - INPUT with the IR remote
controller and select a new value for the sampled lines. This changes the horizontal to vertical ratio.
Best results will be found, when the displayed image shows a circular parts.

Setup Instructions

The HCM 1xx GOLDEN EAGLE series interface is capable for several input signals. To present the si-
gnal at its best use the default setup or re-adjust, see tables below.
