After a system failure, when the DataSafe NAS is
restarted the DataSafe NAS attempts to restore the file
lock status to the previous condition. If the client fails,
the DataSafe NAS releases the file lock. However,
after the client restarts it has a short period of time to
reclaim the file lock.
