    Features DSX | | 19 About Your Telephone Display and Dial Pad Your telephone's display helps you process calls, identify callers and customize features. Display Types The 22- and 34-Button Display Telephones have a three-line alphanumeric display that shows the date and time, feature status messages, and a row of soft key definitions.

    Features 44 | DSX | Caller ID You telephone can automatically display the phone number and optional name for incoming calls. While an outside call is ringing your phone, the first two lines of the display can show the caller's name and number. Caller ID is a service provided by your telephone company, and your system must be set up to receive it.

For example, your facility may have a Door Box outside a delivery entrance. A visitor at the door can press the Door Box call button (like a door bell).

    Features DSX | | 85 Extension Hunting Automatically route calls to co-workers that work closely together. Extension Hunting routes calls to a predefined group of hunt group member extensions. A call rings in sequence through the hunt group until answered at a member extension.
